  1. because you are not confident enough to driver

  2. You are still a bit inexperienced. You'll get to be more secure with yourself as you drive more. Maybe you should let your mom or someone ride along with you for a while til you are used to driving alone.

    Cheers

  3. inexperience it goes away

  4. Its your confident

  5. Hi!

Dont worry. It happens with every one.Just be Confident!

Go out, Drive and have fun. You can do it!

  6. I hear what you're saying - those big monsters seem to take up the whole road . You can't see around them and they blow smoke and kick dirt in your face . Solution? . Keep your distance . We have to share the roads with them, but we don't have to be bumper-to-bumper with them . This will allow better visibility around the big loads and allow debris they kick up to fall to the ground . This will take some patience and discipline, but just take your time . Know what you want to do ahead of time.

No disrespect, but papa is a distraction and a nuisance . You'll feel more comfortable and competent without any comments from the peanut gallery . Get a few miles on some quiet streets and you should be fine.

    All the best.

  7. Knowing that you can get your license taken away, and that you are driving by yourself with the permit you had to drive with someone in the car!! Just relax and drive..

  8. I have been driving for 20 years and I am starting to hate it because of all the idiots on the road inexperienced kids and adults with there kids in the car all driving like idiots talking on the phone, speeding in and out of traffic, passing on the right all this only to get stopped at the next light and have me pull up beside them ...relax and take it slow, pay attention to the other drivers and you'll be fine

  9. police surveillance.

  10. well not to scare you more but now since you dont have someone nxt to you telling you exactly what to do on the road ,so now your life is in your own hands. just honestly breathe think over what you need to do when your on the road or in your drive way and try to keep calm cause if you do go bulistic on the road and freak out than you'll see everything you were scared of in the first place so breathe it'll take time until your use to the road have fun but not to much fun

  11. Just calm down and relax, you are probably just nervous because you dont have a parent in the car or something. Just relax and turn the radio on to a song you like or something.

  12. For 15 seconds, tense up your body - clench your fists, tighten every muscle in your body and hold the feeling - 15 seconds. The relax ... Enjoy the sensation of letting all of the tension melt away allow each part of your body to relax in turn, from the top of your head, gently down though your shoulders and body and to the tips of your toes.

Now reflect on what happened when you were tensed up. Did you notice how, to a degree, being tense 'cuts you off' from the world around you. How you have less awareness of what's going on. Try it again and notice whether this is the case.

When you experienced tension behind the wheel, you restrict the amount of information that you gather about your surroundings Some of this information is essential for comfortable driving. Mistakes, or wrong moves made because of the missing information reinforce your belief that you have been afraid of driving - this creates more tension. A vicious circle!

The solution is to learn to remove the tension and gather appropriate information. This can be done with therapy and/or specialist driver training and/or self help relaxation methods.

One of the most effective ways of combating anxiety is to learn how to control your breathing. By learning slow, deep diaphragm breathing, you can slow down all the functions that promote panic.

The inability to relax has effects far beyond the driving seat. Many people feel that the only time they are relaxed is when they are asleep. The truth is, even when sleeping they might not be fully relaxed. If you have suffered from anxiety, your body need re-education in order to gain a normal relaxed state that will be appropriate for safe and efficient driving.

  13. you just started to drive by yourself...thats it...no big mystery, everybody is nervous for a while...the more you drive the better it will get, so trust me you are not strange...just try to chill out and keep at it.

  14. you have trouble entering society

remember, we are the living representations of the Americas

    and most of all remember,

    I LOVE YOU, BABE.

  15. there's nothing wrong with you , it is pretty normal it just nerves  the more you drive on your own  it will pass but its always good to be alittle nervous it keeps you alert to whats going on around you ,  you will be OK

  16. Probably just because you are completely responsible for your driving, and don't have 'back-up' with you in case something happens.

Try to relax and be happy with your new freedom to do what you want.  I'm guessing you must be pretty responsible, or you wouldn't be this worried about other traffic.

Just be careful - You will be fine!

  17. the pressures on you. ur thinking about what could happen to you if you get a ticket or an accident cuz you dont have a learners permit so you do have to pay the fines now.

  18. it seems like your afraid of car accidents

when buy big cars you think to yourself "wow that could kill me in a sec."

You fear getting in a car accident might take you from waking up tommorow.

If you have ever been in any car accidents or had a family member or friend in one this fear can be even worse.

stop thinking about it and get out there and drive!

  19. It will take some time to get used to driving by yourself. I had the same problem when I first got my license. It feels weird at first not having any one in the car with you. I started out by going short distances by myself and after a few weeks driving by myself did not bother me anymore.

  20. its just that ur nervous or maybe ur excited,,,

  21. its normal to be sacred the first time driving. its just your nerves!

i suggest that you take someone with yuo and go soemwhere where theres not too many cars- then take it a step up when you feel more comfortable... that will definately help alot!

    good luck!
