I wouldn't take it, because I think they are supposed to have time to get used to its surroundings first. I think it takes a few days. I'm not 100% positive about this though! =)

if its a far ride and he is still getting used to his new cage then no...  if he is getting along nicely, then yes. i took mine on a (pretty shaky) ride that lasteed 2 hours and he did fine
