As far as the style, just get in front of your mirror and play with your hair until you find something you like. If your not good at styling hair, headbands are a good investment, they rock, when I got my hair cut a while back, when it was short I hated it, and I just wore head bands that matched my outfit until it grew to a length that I was happy with. Extensions are also great for a quick change, when I want my hair a little longer or fuller I just clip a couple in, don't worry about the price, you can make your own, Sally's sale these really neat clips that you can sew to hair and you can just clip em' in.
