I just got my period yesterday and i don't know what to do?

if your mom does not know you should tell her. you should also talk to her about it. it is a little weird. but its something you should talk to her about and if you really really don't want to then read a book about it. but it would be best to talk to her about it. if you get it off your chest you will not be as stressed.

ask ure mom about, at first it'll feel really weird so i advise you to wear a sleep time type like the long ones to not get the feeling that its slipping out, that really helped me oh and change often if u feel to much is coming out or it will leak and when u go to bed remember to wear long ones that cover ure butt crack or else it'll come out =]
