I just got my tooth filled and it hurts; what can I do to numb the pain?

I took 800mg of Ibuprofen 15 minutes ago and it didn't even make a dent in the pain...

I use motrion but I think if you use ice like chew some it can numb the area.

you can buy numbing gel at the store but i cant remember what it is called. i think it was something like ambosol or something like that
