I just got new Sony Ericsson K770i, But when i record videos, and transfer to PC, they are MOV format... help?

How can i view them, how can i convert them to AVI .... ??

Why dont they make the phone so it has AVI format output, MOV is no good to anyone

To view a MOV format you have to use Apple Quicktime Player. To convert the video, search for video converter in google.

and you should be able to play those movies without any problems. If you're looking to edit your clips, you may want to search the web for one of the many free applications that'll convert .mov files to formats more commonly seen in Windows, such as mp4 or .wmv.
