I just got novaNET??

Question

And i cant really do anything with it because you have to have a little tool bar that pops up on the screen with the questions and its not popping up. Can anyone help me?? Its what u press to continue to the next question or to grade the test.

I know nothing about what your doing but if it is a pop up issue did you try and hold down the control key? (ctrl)  hope this helps if not sorry.
