  1. wow, another one.  I still can't believe people fall for this, you are just out of luck.  It's a well known scam targeting the uninformed or naive.  Chalk it up to a lesson learned, and move on.

  2. Yikes.

You're out of luck. I can guarantee you that the scammer has already pulled the cash out and closed the account. You can try to see if your bank can do anything, but don't expect much. Their bank won't help. They have these happen all the time, and all of the scammers are overseas, and nearly impossible to trace. At least contact the police, but as stated earlier, don't expect much.

"If it sounds too good to be true..."

  3. NEVER EVER DO A TRANSACTION WITH MONEYGRAM YOUR SCREWED NOW YOUR NOT GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK... A 2003 COROLLA FOR 2300? DIDNT YOU NOTICE SOMETHING WAS A LITTLE FISHY HERE IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE PRICE SHOULD BE AROUND 6000-9000 FOR A 03 COROLLA

o ya and the email you got from ebay, its not from ebay at all its from the person who took your money... they just used ebays layout for the email they do it all the time

  4. Report it to eBay. It won't do you any good, but it might help other people who would otherwise fall for this common scam.

  5. This scam gets posted in here a half dozen times a day.  People still fall for it.

you MIGHT be able to start an investigaction with the IC3 - they are about the only ones who can help at this point.  But be warned, your complaint is WAY at the bottom of an ever-growing list.

  6. You probably idin't get it on eBay...probably Craigslist.  Person allegedly said they were busy and they'd ship car to you?  It's a scam.

    1. See if you can stop the money gram.

    2. Call FBI to see if they can help.  Give all details and copies.  ACT QUICKLY.

Good Luck to you.  I'm so sorry.

  7. Report it to the Police

  8. consider this an expensive life lesson learned...

    Good luck!
