I just got some baby bunnies and...

And I don't know what gender they are, actually I don't know much it.

One seems to be sitting very still, while the other is jumping up and down. Is something wrong?

Also, Do I wash them everyone in a while?

Oh, and how can I know their genders?

  1. It's really hard to tell with baby rabbits what gender they are. My rabbit has had babies 3 times, her current litter is 2 weeks old and I'm pretty sure of their genders but even really experienced owners and even breeders cant always tell. There are some websites that can help you, and some have pics too. Search 'sexing baby bunnies' on Google and you'll get a lot of helpful stuff. But it is easier to tell what gender they are when they get to be about 6-8 weeks old if you have never done it before.

    No, you don't need to wash them, that would just end up turning into a disaster.

    There is probably nothing wrong with them, unless if the still one looks like it's in pain. Maybe the other one is just more playful?
