  1. Yes its a big snooze fest. Be sure to bring a book to read.

  2. Yes, something neither the Judge nor the Prosecutor will tell you.  You have more political power by becoming a juror because you have the right to just say no.

Even if you think the defendant is guilty you can say no to a guilty verdict on the basis that you oppose the law they're attempting to enforce.  Want more info come find me.

  3. Most defiantly do.

Be prepared to wait, so take something to read.

You may not get called up at all and may feel you wasted your time.

As the court's don't know the exact number of people needed on the day.

If you don't get called up. You will have completed your jury duty service, this time round.

On the other hand. If your name is called, you must enter a Court room where the defendant and their legal team are told some things about you.

    Such as-

Occupation, Marital status, and so forth.

If they want you, You stay for the duration of that trial.

    If not. Your done.

If you are involved in a trial. My advice would be for you to Remember that the defendants life is on the line, So you need to pay full attention to everything, at all times.

Ask if you are not sure of something. Don't just guess.

    Good luck

    Barry

  4. They're all GUILTY!

  5. you probably wont be picked for the jury...if you even have to show up at all.

  6. It's very educational. It's boring. And they will tell u everything you need to know. If you DON'T show up when ur supposed to, eventually they will get a bench warrant for YOUR arrest. That's about it.
