Question:

I just got surround sound for my bed rooms tv, but i have no idea where to put the speakers.?

my room is rectangleular and my tv/computer is in one section like a square. i have hard wood foors so i cant put the speaker wire under the rug and i dont have 4 conners of wall to put them on . my speakers dont come with a stand so i have no idea where to put them?

  1. did you ever hear of wire mould its a plastic track that you can conceal wires in  sticky tape on the back   its a neat trick to hide wires

  3. well you could s***w shelve holders into the walls (2 for each speaker) and place them on the two shelve holders, to provide a sturdy base, run the cable underneath the trim if there is enough clearance between the trim and the floor, otherwise you could buy additional speaker wire and run the wire around the same walls that way no doorways are blocked and the minimum wire is shown, hope this helps

  4. Look into the possibility of hanging them.  Merely put hooks in the walls just below the ceiling, or near ear level.  The wires will have to be bracketed to the wall, and you might be able to hide them somewhat with the furniture and possibly some kind of wall treatment or pictures, etc.

  5. try hanging them on the wall. Trust me it works!!
