  1. What is t.a.b.c. certified?  Are you looking for work is hotel/restaurants?  If so, I have never heard of this certification.  You're asking this question in "Food and Drink", so I'm assuming you're talking about some aspect of food service.

Edit:  I just googled t.a.b.c.  To get a job as a server in a restaurant requires no experience.  You just need the ability to multitask.  You may want to apply for busperson postions, first and then gain experience.  To get a job as a bartender requries experience or a promotion from server.  Restaurant managers look for someone with a clean, neat, professional apperance and a good attitude.  Customer service skills are a plus.

  2. To find a job you will probably have to get certified in d.e.f.g and possibly m.
