I just got this mini dachsund and it wont quit bitting. how do i get her to stop.?

I've heard that Dachshunds outgrow this stage when they grow up, but putting up with it in the meantime can be a big pain.  Incorporate the words "NO!" and "BAD DOG!" into your vocabulary.  A rolled-up newspaper is enough to scare many dogs into line.  Give her something appropriate to chew on, like a toy or a bone.
