I just got verizon and i think they screwed me over?

Question

Yesterday i got a new phone for verizon, my first one. I got prepayed and their new unlimited texting for $10 a month. I put $30 on the phone, so minus the $10 leaves me with $20.

I have ONLY texted people today with verizon cell phones, iv done it all day. I just got a message from verizon saying my balance is low...what the heck!?!? I dont understnad...

call verizon and ask what the matter is with your fone
