I just had a 1984 mercury/mariner outboard motor powerhead rebuilt. What if the bleed restrictors were left.?

It will not run at low idle.

  1. I strongly suggest you take it back to the workshop immediately.  If you wait too long they may deny liability.  Also anything you do to it after their work will void any possibility of warranty.
