I just had a MASSIVE bowl of cereal for DINNER. Im 17?

Is that okay?

Im trying to lose weight.

I know I didnt gave enough vegetable today, but ill have heaps 2moro.

Is this fattening?

Bfast- cereal and skim milk

Lunch- few mouthfuls of mushroom rice

snack- strawberries and one lolly

Dinner- Massive bowl of cereal and skim milk

im 17 5'5 118lbs

  1. I dunno Depending on what kinda of Cereal and how much sugar is in it.

    Just for out and go for a Jog and work it off

    Also all you listed was what you eat, You did not say anything about you working out

    So remember eating right can just keep you from gaining more weight real fast

    If you dont work out everyday you wont lose anything  


  2. gain some weight girl. no man out there wants to hold onto a toothpick.

    ever notice medium to medium heavy heavy chicks are all taken. curvy but not fat. something there to look at and hold onto. you will be at your hottest around 23 yrs old. look up the weights of playboy bunnies and you will see.

  3. You don't even need to lose weight, according to your BMI. Your BMI is 19.6, and thats normal.

        *  Underweight = <18.5

        * Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

        * Overweight = 25-29.9

        * Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

    But, if you still do want to loose weight, you're supposed to eat small stuff every 3 hours to help your metabolism. So a MASSIVE bowl of cereal probably isn't helping too much.
