It only had 260 calories, which is pretty good so I thought thats a nice treat...but NO! I read the box again afterwards and saw that half the bag has 8 GRAMS of trans fat, and the allowable amount in the daily diet is 0.
QUESTION: What kind of negative impact will this have?
QUESTION 2: If I had 8 grams of trans fat (8 seems like a low number, but for trans fat its actually quite high) but I ate only 1350 calories, will I still lose weight?
