I just had a horrible service at the nail salon, what should I do?

I went to get my legs waxed...the lady was rushing and had a very bad attitude. When I told her that she missed a spot, she got very angry with me and started yelling, saying that she did it already. I called my mom so she can come pick me up right away, the lady yelled even more sayin she can't work with me on the cell phone.

I'm surprised at how she treated me and yelled, I asked to talk to a manager n she said she was the manager. I'm not going to them ever again, but its horrible how they treated me, what should I do?

  1. What you could do is just go back and talk to the manager. Tell her that you were unhappy with her services. I would ask for a refund, or just tell her that you will let everyone you know that her nail salon has poor services.

    It's good that you are never going to go back to that place, they sound quite rude. Maybe talk to the receptionist and see if she really is the manager, if not ask to see the owner.  


  2. Just dont go back and advise anyone you know not to go there as well.

    and you already paid them.

    tell your friends not to go there as well

  5. maybe you could try to find out who the owner of the salon is, im sure they wont be happy about hearing what happened to you.
