I just had a meeting and all my empolyees hates me cus im str8 forward how can i correct that,any good advice

i had meeting and i been finding missing shoes.

not sure if they doing to it stab me in the back or for fun..

and also i feel that they hate me and they say i demaned things..

any tips of being nicer or how to be, because im very str8 forward manager and not everyone can understand that!

Being a straight forward manager is fine. If anything, they're the ones who should grow up. Hiding shoes? Come on, are we still in high school? Everyone should have common courtesy, but there's no reason for you to bend over backwards being nice. Your just doing your job.

It's not what you say, but how you say it.

Ask them to accomplish a goal, don't demand it of them.

Be positive, and friendly but in control at the same time.
