I just had my 1 year old female chihuahua fixed. She has never been with a male dog.?

The other night she started humping another dog when she was on her nightly walk. Has anyone ever heard of a dog who has been fixed acting like this? She's a female.

Just because your dog is fixed doesn't mean she will stop doing that. It is just instinct. And since your dog is fixed, she just won't get pregnant. All the time - this is dominance humping, has nothing at all to do with s*x.

Your little chi is showing the other dog that's she a mighty dog and very much in charge.   Good for her, and good for you for having her spayed.
