Yes.....I just had my cable(Comcast) turned off due to my overdue bill. I have been out of work due to shoulder surgery. I have to wait about a month to be able to pay it. Moneys real tight......I have a 32" Philips LCD Television.....Is it possible to still watch local tv channels? I am not too familiar with all the terms of cable and analog. Does anybody know how I can still get a few channels to come in? Is there a way to cut my cable to make it an antenna so I can still receive some channels? Please help!! Any input would be great !!! Thanks....

  1. Yes--with rabbit ears depending on where you are located.  If the transmitting towers are to far away you may need something stronger.  If you're in an urban area I've seen a bent paper clip get decent (not great) reception.  If you can get your hands on som .030 primary wire you make an antenna 10' long.  Once the antenna is connected autoprogram it.
