I just had my cornsnake lay 10 eggs for the first time.....?

any advice for a beginner to raise them and make sure they will all hatch properly---any advice at all, temp, humidity, enclosure, etc. Thanks! Oh and I have one that is much smaller and kinda yellow in color. Could it be a dud? I have heard that some will still hatch and that you are suppose to keep EVERY egg the female lays. And one more thing- she is a regular corn and the male is an albino.... wonder what all kinds of babies I'll have???? THANKS AGAIN!

take the eggs out and put them in a rubbermaid filled about half full with vermiculite.  then but an indentation where you want to put the eggs.  keeping the eggs facing the same way they were laid put them in the vermiculite.  put the lid on (make sure the rubbermaid is air tight) put one 1/8" hole in the lid.  just leave them in a warmer area of your house....not your garage.  should take between 45-60 days to hatch

Rugger's answer was pretty good, except they hatch in about 9 weeks, not 45 days. As for what you will get, all of the babies will be normals unless your female is carrying the gene for albinism, then you will get half normals and half albinos.

don't touch them or the mother will eat them. if u absolutely have to, then touch all of them because the mother thinks they smell different than she won't want them.

Main thing is to remember not to turn them. make sure up stays up, within the first 24 hours, an air pocket and key blood vessels begin to form, roll/turn the egg and both rupture, suffocating the developing embryo.
