I don't want to eat what i just worked off!

I'm really craving popcorn (fattening i know)

so should i eat

or just let it go??

  8. you might be thirsty.. sometimes you get a hungry feeling even when your thirsty..

    if you really are hungry you should eat. i get the same problem when i work out.. just eat fat free popcorn or fruit..
