I feel so bad now. It wasn't my first time, and yes I love him and yes I'm sure he loves me. But now I feel bad about it. Like I did something wrong. I haven't cheated on him or anything, I just feel bad about having s*x with him. Has anyone else ever felt like this before?

maybe it's not as fulfilling as you thought it would be to have s*x with someone who is not your husband, s*x doesn't fill voids or lead to happiness that's missing ( not saying that's you).....

if he loves you that should not matter one bit, you have done nothing wrong, like you said you have not cheated on him or anything, what happened before stays in the past now be happy with him and do not let this stress you out.

umm.no not really.   Well, you must be a teen.  Part of your guilt is probably because wherever you did it, you werent supposed to and you had to lie to someone somewhere along the line.   It can be a very intense feeling afterwards.  This is something new to the both of you...even if it wasnt your first time...it was with him.  

The only thing that worries me is that for you to share something so special with someone, I wouldnt want you to feel sad or guilty.   So, maybe hold off for a bit more, until you figure out what it is exactly that makes you feel this way.
