Question:

I just had some junk food after 2 weeks of continuous running and exercise , Was it stupid ?

I just had some Cheessy tots ( 6 piece ) and Nuggets from Burger king and after that I went to TACO bell to get a Soft supreme taco , and their new apple pie .

Do you think it's gonna affect my training ? i FEEL like an Idiot now.., that's why..

  1. Indulging occasionally shouldn't totally derail your efforts.  Just don't make a daily habit out of it.  Treating yourself once in a while can actually make a diet more bearable.  Don't give up.  You can do it.

  3. We have all been there and done that, Don't let it get you down or get the best of you.  Shake it off and keep on exercising.

  4. yes it was stupid...............to run continuously for 2 weeks ( if there is such a thing) .

  5. It happens.  U will live.  It may not have been so wise to have all that at once but I dont think it will afect your training once you continue with a positive mind.

  6. Just don't make a habit out of it and you will be fine.

    It is perfectly okay to treat yourself on occasion. Since that was ALOT of fat & calories I would say don't do it again for awhile. You would be better off treating yourself with one thing once a week to space it out and to calm the craving so you don't have to binge. When I am dieting I usually pick one night a week and have one meal of whatever I want or eat a reasonable dinner and splurge on desert once a week.

    Just go run a little extra, but don't obsess.
