If all your other channels are working and this one is not it is probably because that channel has not started broadcasting in digital yet They have until february to start and only certain digital boxes have whats called an "analog bypass"  that would let you watch it even if it is not yet switched to digital transmission so you can either shut it off to watch that channel or wait until Feb. to hook it up
