I just join a new company for 1 month plus, I can't work with my boss but i feel want to continue, how?

If you can't work with your boss at your new job that is a problem, especially after only a month or two.  

If you had been there longer sometimes you can ask to be transferred to another department or another boss.  After only one month it is going to look like you didn't even try to work it out.  Have you talked to you boss about it?

You just go on.  You haven't been there long enough to ask for a transfer.

normally with this small amount of time on the job you will have few options other than to stick with it and make the best of the situation until some new opportunity comes up.

if this is something specific that you think you can work out with your manager and you like the job that's where i would start.
