I just made a payment through paypal on ebay....?

but i found out the item a purchased which was a lacoste shirt was fake, his statemrnt does say that he does give refunds within the first 3 days that i recieve the package, so when i get it, what do i do, do i tell him i want my money back, and if so how does my money get sent back to paypal, help!!!!!!!!! what do i do to get a refund and get my money put back in my credit card.

you transferred money to him, so it will be reverse! He will send the money to you, and it will stay on paypal. Then you do a withdraw, which is a transfer from your paypal account to your card!

It's pretty simple! Although it may take a few days before it would actually be back into your account.

Even if the guy says he doesnt give refunds if the item he sold was not as described in his auction you have every right to dispute the item. You have to wait 10 days to start a payment to dispute. You can do it through paypal and through ebay both. But Paypal will force him to refund the money but it can take a couple of weeks to a couple of months to get your money back.

If he put in the description that it was fake, then that's your fault. And most people who give refunds only give them if something is wrong with the item. I suggest you email the seller immediatly and ask explain the situation and ask if they could either refund, or ship you a different item they are selling and you are interested in, that is around the same price including shipping. Or if he already shipped the item  work something out with him first, and when UPS comes refuse it or write return to sender. It saves you shipping costs. and there is no delay from you having to go return it to the seller.Good luck.
