For photo avatar, go to your 360 account and upload a photo. Then set your profile photo in answers use 360 photo.

Go to your yahoo 360 account. Click on My Page

Edit personal photos then upload the photo.

Click Set as Primary on the picture you want as primary photo to display. Then click Save.

Then go to your Yahoo! Answers profile. Click edit my info and click Use my 360 photo. Click Preview and Save.

You can also create an avatar at http://avatars.yahoo.com and do the same process.
