  1. The usuals: knee pads, jersey, shorts,  tenneshoes  and water or G2 for before and during the game. Try not to eat with in an hour before the game and have fun!

    congrats on making the team!

  2. good asic volleyball shoes , knee pads, spandecs, most of this stuff you team will probally provide

  3. totally kneepads nike is DA best....

and volleyball shoes DONT GET RUNNING SHOES

get flat tennis shoes...again nike rocks

  4. The fact that you have made JV means that technically you are good.

Bring your jersey, shorts, kneepads, and water bottle, and your hard work to practice.

Listen carefully to your coach, and follow instructions.

    Have confidence in yourself.

    That should do it.

Wait, keep your volleyball shoes (if you have them) in your bag till you are physically inside the gym.

  5. well, youree a guy so you need shorts and a tee and preferably underwear.

then your gonna need good volleyball shoes [mizunos rockk] and knee pads.

    water too.

& if your defense specialist orr libero then you need sliding glovess=D

    hope it helps;

    -L

  6. you're gonna need knee socks as a definite.  bring plenty of water, healthy snacks, and maybe a quick energy-boost (like a hershey's kiss or a few skittles) for tournaments and games. tape  and pre-wrap are good to have on hand too.

  7. knee pads saved my life in HS Volleyball, get the black ones, they dont look as dirty. Asics is a really good brand. Shoes, you can get away with bball shoes, Asics and mizuno make good volleyball shoes. I personally prefer the Asics. And good socks. Good luck man just remember Knee pads.

  8. If you mean tangible items you need: knee highs or cru socks, small healthy snacks like a cut up apple or cuties<3, you will always need water and you can never have too much! also it would be a good idea to get a volleyball to practice with at home, a gym bag(thats a given) volleyball shoes, SPANDEX, knee pads, a sweat shirt so after playing and going out side you don't hurt your muscles with the drastic change in temperature!!!

It would also be helpful to practice setting to yourself and your approach at home!(your approach is one of the most importand things!

P.S. Congrats on making the team you will love volleyball it's the best sport out there! hope i helped :D

and trust me on what i said i've played for 2 years and did/do club!
