  1. I would say start Crumpler - Vince Young has already been favoring him in practice and he's got to throw to somebody.  Crumpler could really surprise this year and become a top fantasy TE.  Shockey will be good, but there are a lot of weapons in New Orleans - Vince Young will have to throw somewhere - might as well be the TE with the good hands who can find openings in coverages.

  2. mistake with Kitna....start shockey

If you are interested in an additional fantasy league, I have two this week that needs teams.

  3. Tennessee is planning to have Young run more this year but he won't put up RB numbers. This means he has little value as a fantasy QB. Kitna may not be much but he has a couple of solid receivers and will put up far better numbers than Young.

Crumpler for Smith is like swapping apples for oranges. No matter which one you have, Shockey should be your starter. Playing in N'Orleans he may get the 80 receptions that he begged for in NYC.

Unless you have an elite defense they mean very little. In leagues where I don't have a top DEF I play the best matchup available.

  4. start crumpler, and vince young is overhyped, should have kept kitna.

  5. Start Shockey, KEEP Vince Young. Kitna doesn't have Mike Martz anymore, so no 4000 yard season for him. TEN. and HOU. defenses are about the same to me.

I think the main problem is having a QB and TE that play for the same team. if Vince has a bad day, chances are Crumpler will too, but Vince adds rushing yardage, so KEEP him over Kitna.

    Yeah, good moves.

  6. Start shockey i dunno what this other guy is thinking. Then get rid of crumpler (back up tight ends are useless he will be available when shockey's bye week comes around trust me.) And yea vince young sucks  so maybe go back to kitna. I personally wouldn't even carry a backup qb that's valuable roster space for another running back or reciever.

  7. I think Shockey will prove to be an every week starter in NO.   you are wasting space on your bench with Young and Crumpler.  You can always pick up a QB or TE  with a good matchup for your bye week.  Bench spots are better utilized on backup WRs or RBs where you can play week to week matchups with your #2 or WR/RB swing slot.

BTW...check out my Fantasy FB Q&A at http://sites.google.com/site/fantasyfoot...

  8. Start Shockey normally, but when you start Young start Crumpler to try and go yahtzee.
