  1. Energy drinks and sports drinks are good if they are needed but they still won't do us harm unless they are over done.

    Red Bull recommends only having 1 to 2 a day. The 2nd largest seller, and 1st & largest healthy energy drink, XS Energy even recommends against having more than 2 in a day. The caffine in them, about a cup of coffee can dehydrate us as it takes more water to process than caffeinated drinks provide. If this is not offset by extra water the caffeine dehydrats us and we feel tired. Now that it is summertime you really don't want to get dehydrated.

    Sports drinks, like gatorade have their purpose, but if you are not exercising or working outdoors on a hot day and need to replenish more than just water then they should not be consumed. The extra sugars, calories, electrolites, and other nutrients just are not needed and can cause problems like most anything if too much is taken.

    Everything in moderation. And if used as intended then no problems. Mixing the 2 might be good if you have been working for a while and need to replenish and a boost. Otherwise you are doing it just for taste and the excess ingredients are not needed.


  2. As long as there is no caffeine in it, it should be great. Be sure to drink a glass of water first.

  3. im not sure what energy bullet is but it doesnt sound very healthy. Any energy drink is bad
