  1. You don't have them transferred. Programs like that are administered through each state on its own. You have to find out where the closest local office is in your new town and go in to apply in person and wait to be approved, just like the first time. You will have to do so any time you move to another state.


  2. You could do something really bizarre and GET A JOB so I don't have to pay for you to sit at home and watch TV all day.

  3. You can't transfer, you have to reapply.

    Just go to your closest social services office.
