    Bed bugs are ramped.

    A pinhead smaller where are they located?

    Bathroom bedroom on window sills?

    Call the board of health get one stuck to a tape and ask a pharmisist?

    -Hi! It possible that you have "Chiggers" which is an immature stage (larvae) of the harvest mite.

    Most importantly, what can I do about them?

    - Since is live 22 stories up, I assume you are renting so you will want to look over your lease and see if the landlord (building owner) will take care of a situation like that for free. If not call a professional.

    Permethrin Pro will help if that is in fact "Chiggers." If it's not "Chiggers" don't worry too much as Permethrin Pro will kill ants, fleas, ticks, roaches, ants, fleas, ticks, spiders, silverfish and other pests.

  5. Sounds like red spider mites.  Sometimes I see them in old books but usually they hang out near outdoor/indoor plants.  Harmless to humans.
