I just opened a can of Bud Light and took a sip, it was totally flat and almost like it may have been lost?

pressure like maybe leaking. I am not sure, but can I get sick from this, like food poisoning? It was only one sip.

No. You will not be effected by food poisoning from a beer. Beer is such as no harmful bacteria can thrive in it. The alcohol and low pH inhibits growth of harmful bacteria. Bacteria however, can grow in your beer that spoils it.
