I just opened a new group and only two people joined how can i get more people to join?

i just opened my group spanishlovers its a group for people who love mexico to talk about how cool it is!and only two of my best friends joined i think my profile stinks

One thing I have found that really works is adding your signature of your group to all of your emails.  So when you answer or send out an email to someone they usually scroll down under your name and read all the way through your emails.  Then you could also ask your members to add your website to their emails signature so word gets out 3 times as fast.  Hope this helps. Send an email with the URL pasted in explaining the group to all your friends and relatives asking them to join and also asking them to send it on to their friends.
