I just pierced my ear! HELP!?

i pierced my ear last night 3 times. 2 on the cartilage and one in the middle of my ear... i mean middle as in the outside of it not where you stick q-tips.

i know its gonna hurt for a little while and what not but what can i put on it to make it stop hurting a little and also makes the swelling go down a bit. i play with them from time to time to help it heal, as most piercing places say to do.

i pieced it with 16g piercing needles. came out excellent, my ear just hurts. ( i really want a spray i can spray on it ) as of now i use rubbing alcohol and a q-tip which isnt good b.c it dries skin out

don't play with it, they actually found out that that's bad and can make the healing process longer. Get sea salt and water, and put a cup of water in a tupperwear container and 1 teaspoon of the sea salt, mix and there is your cleaning product! make a new one every week because it can collect germs. Use a new side of a q-tip after every side of the piercing you clean. DON'T PLAY WITH IT!!!!! Take ibprophen for the swelling, it's normal but it needs to go down. Lol no reputable piercer says to play with your new piercings. That's transferring more bacteria to your piercings. Stop playing with them. only touch them when you're cleaning them and you should always wash your hands prior to cleaning them.

Stop using rubbing alcohol. Go to wal-mart and buy sea salt and do sea salt soaks.

Please don't self-pierce yourself especially if you don't know about piercings.
