I just purchased my car May 30 due to being layed off I have not been able to make my first payment?

How soon can I look forward to them to repo my car? I also was told I had a GPS system on my car but they havent activated it yet to shut my car down do you think theyll give me some time to pay it off? If so how much I was intending on making both of my payments next month on the due date. What do you all think?

Make up the payments ASAP and hopefully they'll receive them before they start sending you notices. Legally they have to send you at least one notice of pending repo action before they come and get it . Also contact the loan holder and inform them the payments will be coming and don't miss any more .

Missed first payment is a very bad sign to them

Probably within a week or two from the first payment date they'll be looking for it.

Within the next month they will be coming.... call your finance company and try and buy yourself some time by explaining your circumstances.

get another job to pay your bills nothing perminate just enough to keep you afloat so you can pay the bills

you can look for a more perminate job after work hours and take a day off for a interview
