how about exhaust then headers. adding exhaust and headers will make your car breathe easier, and get better horsepower. Plus you'll add a good sound to it.

Chip. a chip will help but wether you notice it is questionable.

exhaust, you dont need a stainless mandrel bent 10" system to improve performance. match the system to your motor size and you should be right. you can get a sport exhaust for a couple of hundred bucks and will sound much better.
