I just put a new battery in my tamagotchi but the screen still says that there is no battery left. i have a v3

my tamagotchi still works every now and again but after like 10 minutes it just cuts out and my tamagotchi isnt getting any older!! (i have a tamagotchi V3)

Maybe its the bettery try a new one. If it still doesn't work get your money back.

Its a bad abttery..the same thing happened to me when I used generic batteries..if you are using Duracell or Energizer and its a brand new..and I mean like you got it from the stroe this week..then try putting it in the fridge for an hour or so..and in the meantime use a dry qtip and gently wipe the area clean where the battery goes...it works..the same thing happened to me:D

It might be just the battery that isn't working. Try buying a new battery and then when you put the battery in press RESET.
