Help? I feel tense/tight and I feel like I could vomit. I don't know if it might be TSS or what but I had no other choice but to put in a tampon! We've ran out of pads! I don't like the thought of something going inside me and like, building up blood but I had to. I feel so uncomfortable right now. Oh, I also feel like it's still in me!!!!!!

  1. It's not TSS.  TSS takes 24-48 HOURS to occur, not 2 minutes. It sounds like you are just worked up about having to wear a tampon.  Your muscled were stretched a bit which is why you still feel like you have it in.  It may take a few hours for that sensation to go away.  Just give it a little while and you will feel fine.  Just try and relax.

  2. It's nerves.  Don't sweat it.  By taking it out so quickly after insertion, you irritated your skin.  Thats't what you are feeling, it will go away.  You can't get TSS unless the tampon is in more than 24 hours and even then, getting TSS is very uncommon.  You really are ok:)

  3. Yeah, it's  not TSS.  It takes days to get that.  You're probably having a  panic attack.  Relax, breathe deeply, think happy thoughts...

  4. First, make sure you don't already have one in there- that could cause a lot of pain.  If that's not the case, there's no way you could develop TSS in such a short time.  I hope you feel better soon!
