Question

i'm 14 and a half and i am getting ready to start high school i'm taking all honor classes, i've never been arrested, i'm shy, i've have only gotten 1 C on a report card, I have been on the honor roll almost every year, and i'm on the band.

How good of a chance do i have of getting the job considering all of the above.

Although there is the fact to consider that i am on band and there will be days i will need to miss for rehearsals.

It will be difficult if not impossible for you to get hired as a 14 year old.  There are some states where employers cannot hire someone until they are 16.  In some states, the minimum age is 14.  However, for those who do allow employers to hire 14-15 year olds, there are some pretty extreme limits on the times of day you can work and the amount of hours you can work.  Most employers don't want to deal with the headache of working around these limitations.  Especially since your situation would require more work to work around your schedule.  Keep looking but most employers don't want to take that situation on.
