I just read an article about Photoshop?

I have been recently been thinking of buying photoshop so I have been reading the extra features and everything about buying Photoshop Cs3 Extend over Just the normal Photoshop but i was quite surprised when I came over an article saying that 60% of photoshop users have it illegally which comes to my real question has anyone ever got caught doing this because I realize why people would i mean it costs enough money to buy a new computer all together. Because i was thinking if Adobe ever tried to sue someone wouldn't the number of people illegally downloading go down and if they did try they would say what about all the other people that do because they just go to every second person and there you go a illegal download... So Do they ever Catch anyone or is there far to many to care anything about it?

Adobe probably knows that many people use illegal photoshop. But they don't care much since they still at number 1. There are many ways to try to stop illegal use of photoshop but that ways make it expensive for legal customers.

You can use GIMP if you don't want to do anything illegal
