I just realized something I am really fat?

I weight 320+Lbs how can I lose the weight and keep it off for good? Without running the risk of killing myself in the process I really need help.

    Firstly, DO NOT listen to that idiot friedsus. If you're addicted to FOOD now, you'll just be swapping one addiction for another one - and besides that, taking cocaine's illegal!

    1) Clear out your cupboards. All readymade, processed rubbish HAS to go. White sugar, white bread, processed ham - nothing bad stays. Stock up on nuts, brown or wild rice, wholegrain/granary bread, cereals with a high bran perectage. Eat naturally! Visit your local health food shop and buy some teas (green, oolong). If you hate these, just drink normal tea with honey. Buy some chillies too - they burn fat great. Eat lots of ORGANIC fruit and veg - you don't really want pesticides inside you, do you? Fast food is also a big no-no. They put RAT DNA in McChicken Sandwiches, just so you know. :) When buying processed meat such as sausages, look for the pack with highest pork percentage and the least c**p. Also, buy FISH - canned pilchards are a cheap dinner. Look out for salmon and trout as well, in fact ALL FISH, as long as it isn't smoked or messed around with. Battered fish is OK but don't have it more than once a week. Eat lots of eggs too, THE WHOLE IS GOOD FIR YOU, the yolk's the best bit! Eat MORE TIMES PER DAY. Have 5-8 meals a day, this gets your metabolism up and running. As soon as you wake up, have breakfast.     Join a weightloss group to stay motivated. I appreciate that it's very hard to go it alone.
