I just received a bed head 2inch hair straighter for my birthday and I don't know what heat to put it at?

  1. just don't go above 200 the heat products (protectors) will burn off otherwise.

    there is no need to have it above that just take smaller sections if its not straightening to well.


  2. put it at the highest there is cuz its easier to straighten ur hair if its hotter. the hotter the better.

  3. start at a low heat and if it doesn't work than turn the heat up little by little. you want to use it at the lowest possible temperature needed for your hair, but if your hair is thick and needs a high temperature thats fine too. also make sure to use some kind of heat shield or else your hair will become very dry after multiple uses.

  5. It matters how thick or thin your hair is.

    If it is thick, put it at medium high.

    If your hair is thin, put it at low.

    If you have curly thick hair, medium high.

    Curly thin, low-medium.

    Wavy Thick, medium.

    Wavy thin, low.

    Straight thick, medium.

    Straight thin, low.
