  1. first of all I am under the impression you are a minor. Listen and follow directions! If the amount was not enough to test and have any measurable amount left for evidence in a courtroom then it is in your best interest to exercise your constitutional right to a trial by jury. you must specify trial by jury, otherwise they will give you a trial by judge. It takes all 12 members of a jury to convict any defendant with a guilty verdict. there are up sides and downsides to your decision. it is best to have ALL the information you can to make the right choice this can be obtained through something called a motion of discovery. if they do have enough measurable amount left for evidence then you are best off to take responsibility and plead no contest as this will ensure that you cannot be charged with this same offense if you are charged with another offense of the same nature in the future. above all stay clean until you go to court,as they will probably test you. if you can show that your blood is clean, then it is inevitable that they will also believe that you were holding it for someone else.  if you need further assistance i can be reached at fusion1331@msn.com

  2. you'll get a record and a fine most likely, the police letter will come in about a week

  3. wouldnt worry about it, you are allowed to have a certain amount anyway (classed as personal) if it was a sml amount then they know it wasnt intended to be supplied, most you'll get is a fine and possibly (only if the judge is making an example) you may get bound over for for 12 months or something so you must keep out of trouble for those 12 months or you'll get done for that as well as whatever else, they dont tend to prosecute for small amouts these days, its not worth the paperwork, the prisons are full and the cops would rather lock up an oap for not paying their council tax anyways

  4. You'll receive a caution and a fine. Make sure you don't get caught again.

  5. Tell them nothing...tell them you found the natural weed on the street. I wouldn't worry...you weren't dealing so there is little they can do.

  6. if you cant do the time dont commit the crime

  7. That depends on what country you are in.  Get a lawyer.

BTW, offence is the correct spelling for Europeans.  Americans, who are generally woefully ignorant about the rest of the world, spell it offense.

  8. Didn't they tell you all of this?

BTW, it's spelled "offense". Now that you're a criminal, but educated about what you do.

If you are a good person with no other convictions, they might just give you probation and drug testing....

    depends on the state.

  9. depends where you are.. normally it is like a class c misdemenour and you may be under surveillance. Also the DEA may be monitoring your internet activity. Flee to Mexico ASAP
