I just replaced my windshield with one that says "Piel Morena" on the top of it. What does that mean?

It looks either Spanish or Italian.

I would think it's not a nasty message.

I also heard of some kind of phrase that sounds like

"Sinco De Miyo".

    The phrase you heard "Sinco de Miyo" is actually "Cinco de Mayo". It means the "Fifth of May". Cinco is pronounced "Theenco"
