I'm talking about something and out of the blue he will mention something loosely relevant that he knows will humiliate me.

He ALWAYS does this in front of my friends and people I like. Just randomly mentioning embarrasing things.

that's actually hilarious.  it's not like it's going to make him sick or do any physical damage to him, so it's not "so wrong" like everybody else is saying.  you should let him go like a week or so before you tell him, long enough that you can laugh every day while he brushes his teeth, but dont go too long, cause then you won't have made your point.  

I have 2 younger brothers, and if I would have thought of that when we were all younger, i would have done it for sure.

LOL! Aww that sucks. It's sooo wrong but sooo funny. Seriously though, you should wait until he's just about to brush his teeth then tell him. Wait until he puts the toothpaste on and everything. Watch him closely though so you can make it on time, you wouldn't want to brush your teeth with a toothbrush someone brushed their balls with would you??
