  1. I'm not sure.  Why don't you call the D.M.V. and ask them?

  2. They will arrest you on the spot since you have no insurance you can bet they will wait for you to pull out and then you'll see the flashing lights behind you and they call in for back up and when a cop does come up to speak with you he will fall and then say officer down which will escalate it to an even higher amount of stress, the cops will then open file on your vehicle until it explodes and then they'll ask questions about who you were and what you were doing in the area.

  3. No you have to buy a new set of plates. And bring in the pink slip, with the other persons info. on it.

PS: why are you buying new plates for someone else's vehicle?

  4. One of my friend asked me a  similiar question before,we found helpful luck here.http://carinsurance.expertsupport.info/a...

  5. yes pay the one lost plate fee,,,, turn in the other piece of the title for them to see who bought the car

  6. just sign your title over to the buyer.  you don't have to go to the dmv nless you're registering another car you bought to replace the one you sold.
