I just spraued gt 85 all over the bike (exept brakes), how often do i need to spray it?

  2. You don't. The only part of the whole bicycle I would reccomend that you lubricate is the brake cables, by spraying a bit of oil down the cable housing. Apart from perhaps the chain, you do not need to lubricate any of these parts. The wheels, bottom bracket and pedals are all packed with grease - which lasts a long time - and so there is no need to oil them.

    GT85 is not like oil - it's based on PTFE (Teflon).  Firstly, don't use oil or WD40 if you've ever used GT85 on your bike.

    Secondly, use it to lubricate the chain and chainset (the gear wheels at the back).  Do this before every ride (if you ride once a month) or every other ride (if you ride once a week), or once a week if you use it every day.

    A couple of times a year do brake cables and wheel hubs.  Be careful not to lubricate the brake blocks, otherwise you won't be able to slow down!
